The Medicine of the Land
All of my inspiration comes from living on the North Norfolk coast, spending time in my garden, walking the surrounding hedgerows and fields, or out on the water exploring the creeks and salt marshes through the changing tides. The spacious skies and shoreline edges draw my attention and the collections of sea chalk, wild grasses and unique plants of the coastal landscape awaken my fascination with pattern as I strive to capture the essence of this beautiful and tranquil place. There’s always more to see - more watery currents and striations of land and sea to capture.
